    1. Dancers will be chosen by LEDANCE PRODUCTION (HK).
    2. Make up, Music license, Audio, Security and Event helpers are excluded.
    3. Extra cost will be incurred if there are any further adjustment of the performance.
    4. If it rains during an outdoor performance, the performance needs to be moved indoors immediately. Otherwise we will not perform in the rain.
    5. Stage rehearsal to show time window is 3.5 hrs (6 hrs for Macau / non-local cases). Extra rehearsal cost at HKD 500/hr per person will be charged beyond this window.
    6. If there is a group photo session, additional HK $3,000 will be charged for the dancer's performance fee.
    7. Force Majeure Factor: Radio interference in the on-site environment. We will make every effort to minimize the risk of radio signal interference at the event venue; however, we cannot guarantee that the performance will be unaffected by radio signal interference that occurs in the event environment.

    • 50% balance on / before show date
    Postponement Policy
    • Once confirmed, postponement will incur an additional 50% of the total amount.
    Cancellation Policy
    • 50% of total amount charged if cancelled 15 or more days before show date.
    • 75% of total amount charged if cancelled 8 – 14 days before show date.
    • 100% of total amount charged if cancelled 7 or fewer days before show date.
