  1. Dancers will be chosen by LEDANCE PRODUCTION (HK).
  2. Make up, Music license, Audio, Security and Event helpers are excluded.
  3. Extra cost will be incurred if there are any further adjustments to the performance.
  4. If it rains during an outdoor performance, the performance must be moved indoors immediately.
  5. Stage rehearsal to show time window is 3.5 hrs (6 hrs for Macau). Extra rehearsal at HKD 500/hr per person beyond this window.
  6. Force Majeure: Radio interference in the on-site environment cannot be fully guaranteed.
Payment Terms
  • 50% Deposit payable upon signing of contract (non-refundable)
  • Remaining 50% Balance to be settled on or before the show date
Cancellation Policy
  • 50% charged if cancelled 15+ days before show date.
  • 75% charged if cancelled 8–14 days before show date.
  • 100% charged if cancelled 7 or fewer days before show date.
  • Postponement: additional 50% of total amount.
